Coconut Burn™

Coruba Coconut Rum, an in-house crafted vegetable mixture that has a sweet yet slightly warm kick! Sum it up? Sweet, tart and has some heat. A fan favorite.

Dragon Junk™

One of my new creations and it’s as exotic as the sailing the China high seas, “Dragon Junk.” Using Clément V.S.O.P. Rum and the Botanist Islay Dry Gin, that’s where it moves away from the fog cutter. Filled as well with liqueurs, brandies, herbs, spices and topped off with my special crafted port foam.

Pele’s Kiss™

Her kiss is on fire then tempered with cool love. The sweet Rums, Coconut and Vanilla come together but not for long, Pele is angry, with this anger comes Lemon Hart 151 Rum. Sweetness is spun into a very unique spicy cocktail you must savor, Pele’s Kiss is tantalizing!

Scat Satch is Hiphip’s tip of the hat to the great Louis Satchmo Armstrong. To pay homage to the worlds most famous trumpeter and New Orleanian what is more perfect that a dousing of Old New Orleans Rums, Créole Shrub and splashes of all kinds of N’awlins in there.
